The Sureka Group’s flagship company Bengal Park Chambers Housing Development Limited, a joint venture with the West Bengal Housing Board had conducted the lottery for Melody (MIG) & Harmony (LIG) in proposed residential complex Sunrise Symphony on 05.10.07 at Bhartiya Bhasha Parishad, Shakespeare Sarani. Kolkata as the applications received for MIG and LIG apartments were much more than the available apartments. The lottery was conducted for 120 apartments in Melody (MIG) at its two towers G +12 and G + 13, and 33 apartments in Harmony (LIG) at the single tower G + 6.
